Supernatural why does sam have a snake on his arm

Padalecki began to take acting classes when he was just 12 years old, according to IMDb. It was there that he met his agent.

His big break came in when he became a part of the dramedy, Gilmore Girls. He then began his work on Supernatural. During his time on Gilmore Girls and Supernatural , he tried out for several notable movie roles, including Anakin Skywalker, Superman, and Conan.

He was a final candidate for the role of Clark Kent in a reboot of Superman before the project was scrapped. Padalecki is now married to his Supernatural co-star, Genevieve. They have two sons and a daughter. When she returns to the exam room, the dog is gone, as well. Jack comes out of a side door and meets Sam and Rowena. He shows them he got the anti-venom and says he wishes he had gotten it before the vet took his temperature. After he gets in the car,. Rowena confronts Sam about Jack.

When she cast her spell on Jack, she felt the magic that's keeping him alive. She says it's volatile, stitched to him like a parasite. She is worried, but Sam brushes her off, saying that they are all being careful. A man is tied up in a chair, strapped at his wrists and ankles. Noah kneels in front of him with his snake.

The victim is quiet because they made a deal: no screaming, no noise, and he won't die like the others. Noah says that he doesn't like to eat humans, that sometimes fate is cruel and boring. When the victim asks if he only eats helpless men, Noah says that he does eat women too, however they've become more cautious in recent years, making it more difficult for him to feed.

The victim begins to yell and the gorgon gets annoyed. He kisses the man on the cheek and he quiets down. Noah looks at Felix and says, let's see how this oven works. There is a knock at the door. Jack comes in from the back door and Cas emerges from the front. Jack tells him he is a monster , but Noah replies that he is a demi-god. He begins to tell Jack a story about a black snake and a chicken. The snake kept stealing the chicken's eggs, until there was only one left.

He ate it and died because it was hard-boiled. Cas asks why he is telling the story. Noah says he doesn't know if Jack is the chicken or the snake. Castiel begins to fight him. His knife is thrown to the floor. Noah kisses Cas on the cheek, paralyzing him. Jack and Noah fight, then Sam and Dean enter the room and join the fight. The gorgon slams Dean's head into the wall twice and he falls to the floor, unconscious.

Sam attacks, and the gorgon lays him out as well. Noah takes his backpack and starts to leave, but as he walks away a silver blade severs his head -- it's Jack. Jack kneels down by Cas, pulls a vial from his coat and gives him the antidote, but it doesn't work, so he uses his powers.

When Cas comes to, he scolds Jack for healing him, but his attention is diverted when they realize that Dean isn't waking up. The group races down the road in the Impala. When they arrive at the Bunker they carry Dean to a bed in the sickbay. Cas puts his fingers on Dean's forehead, but he can't see what is going on in his mind. Jack says he can help. Cas reminds him he can't burn any more of his soul away. He puts his head low and walks away.

Rowena enters, hearing how Jack is using his soul to stay alive, and they discuss Dean, and wonder if the gorgon did something to him before he got injured. Sam asks Rowena what he should do, and she says to clean his wounds and make him comfortable. Dean begins to wake. We see the room where Michael was being held inside Dean's mind. It's empty. Cas finds Jack in his room, with Noah's snake, Felix, in a plastic container. He says he can't stand to see Dean like that, but Cas reminds him that every time they go out there is a risk.

Jack says he can't think about losing any of them. He hates thinking about it. Cas reminds him that Sam and Dean are extremely brave humans, but humans nonetheless -- their life spans are short. Eventually, they will be gone and Jack and Cas will have to go on without them. Jack asks what's the point of being a cosmic being if everything he cares about dies and leaves. Cas tells him that the pain you feel when someone is gone is a reminder of how much you loved them, and that when Dean wakes they will need to appreciate the time they have together.

Jack insists on using his powers to help, but Cas won't allow it. Jack wonders why he even has these powers if he can't use them. Cas changes the subject and asks if he's keeping the snake. Jack says the gorgon can see people's fates and wonders why he saw Jack in the story of the chicken and the snake. Cas tries to brush it off as a story about greed, but also about giving up something you love in order to kill the thing you hate. They hear a noise. Dean is tearing the sickbay apart. They try to calm him down, but he yells that he doesn't know where Michael is.

Suddenly, he realizes that Michael is gone. Dean blames himself for letting his guard down, and says they should have let him go in the coffin in the sea. A scream comes from somewhere in the Bunker -- it's Maggie. They watch her get her eyes burned out as she runs towards them. She is dead and so is everyone else -- bodies with their throats cut all over the floor and table.

Rowena enters the room, her eyes blue -- she is possessed by Michael. Castiel gets his angel blade ready. Sam says she wouldn't have let him in. Michael tells him that she didn't want to, but he threatened her, said he'd get another vessel and kill everyone in the building that she cares about if she didn't say yes.

He plucks an eye out of the body and eats it, his eyes turning snakelike. He sees Sam and Dean enter the house, gun drawn, and tells his snake Felix that they're on the way and leaves. Later on, Sam, Dean, Castiel , and Jack enter the house and find dinner cooking on the stove. They realize that Noah is cooking the body parts again, and Sam wonders how Noah escaped them.

Rowena comes in and complains that they're blaming her because her location spell failed, and they remind her that they've been chasing Noah for weeks. Dean finds the corpse's wallet and confirms that it's his house, and they note that the victim didn't put up a fight.

Jack finds a discarded snake skin, and then coughs. He insists that he's not dying, and Castiel points out that Noah has killed six people. Rowena notices that the corpse's lips are blackened. Back at the group's motel, Sam and Rowena research the lore and Rowena notes that Jack was dying the last time she saw him. Sam says that Jack is all right, and Rowena wonders how Dean is keeping an archangel locked away inside his mind.

She wonders how long she can do it, and Sam says that they're working on another way to deal with Michael. Dean and Castiel go to a diner and discuss the case, and Dean winces briefly as Michael continues pounding at the barrier in his mind. Castiel tells him that it must take enormous willpower to keep Michael imprisoned. In the bathroom, Jack washes his hands and coughs again. He spits up blood and stares at it in shock, and then rinses it away. Castiel asks Dean if he's really fine, and Dean admits that he doesn't know.

He describes how there's a pounding in his head that never stops as Michael fights to get out. Dean says that he can never let his guard down and has barely been sleeping, and admits that it's not sustaining.

Castiel tells him that they're there to help him. Jack's fingers glow briefly as he uses his powers to heal his cough. Dean tells Castiel that if they don't find a solution then they still have the Ma'lak Box. Jack returns and sits down with them, and Castiel asks if he's all right.

He insists that he's all right, and Castiel says that there's a religious quality to the killings and the killer might be human.

Jack insists that it's a monster even if they're human. Sam calls to say that they have something. Back at the motel room, Rowena says that they're hunting a demigod gorgon who eats human flesh. She explains that the Gorgon can paralyze people with a venomous touch. They've found seventeen deaths in the last few months, fitting the pattern and moving west.

Some lore says that a gorgon can foretell people's fates by eating people's eyes and glimpsing the future, and Sam and Rowena don't know how to avoid his vision.

A truck driver leaves a diner and finds Noah waiting. He says that he needs food and a ride, and says that he can tell that the driver "wants" things. The driver tells him to get in and they'll work it out, and the driver asks if he's ready to do anything. Noah leans over and kisses the driver, immobilizing him with the poison on his lips. The driver is soon paralyzed, and Noah explains that it takes a little while for the numbing to kick in, reaches over, and plucks out the driver's eye.

Sam covers up Nick's body and figures that Jack did it. Castiel comes in and the brothers tell him that there's an angelic blast site out back. Dean tells Castiel that if Jack did something then it's on Castiel because he didn't tell them. Castiel says that he was scared and believed that Jack was good, and knew that he would be good for the world and for them.

Then he saw Jack kill Felix, and insists that it was the absence of good. Castiel thought that he could fix it on his own so he left and didn't tell them. He admits that he failed Dean and Jack, and starts to say that he failed Mary. Dean tells him not to say her name. Rowena calls and says that she used scrying magic to try and find Jack, but his energy is too unstable. As for Mary, all she can say that Mary is no longer on Earth. Furious, Dean smashes a chair and Sam wonders what they do.

His brother says that they do what they always do when they lose one of their own, they fight to bring them back. Rowena is working on the spell when there's a knock at her door. It's Jack, and says that he needs magical help. He admits that he killed Mary, and explains that he didn't mean to but he thought it for a second and it happened.

Jack asks Rowena to help him undo it, and Rowena explains that the magic she's used on herself has to be prepared in advance. There is a spell in the Book, and it requires extraordinary power and common ingredients in the bunker. Dean pounds on the door, and Jack figures that Rowena has been stalling him. When Sam and Dean break in, Jack and Rowena are gone. Castiel goes to the gateway to Heaven and calls to Naomi. Mary teaches Jack how to handle a knife, and she assures him that he's doing great.

She covers over the knife marks on the floor where Jack dropped the knife, and Jack walks off. Sam comes out and Mary tells him that Jack will get there. When Sam says that he feels bad focusing on finding Dean rather than Jack, Mary says that it's nice knowing she's not the only one with parental guilt.

She explains that she got complicated when Amara brought her back, and parents always feel like they're failing. She assures Sam that children grow up to be the bravest and most heroic men on the planet. Mary says that kids will always surprise their parents and leaves. Dean wonders how they keep up with Jack and wonders what to do next. He complains to Sam that Castiel should have told them, and Sam says that they all knew that Jack was dangerous.

They fell for him because he had a good soul , and it's on him because he made the call to bring Jack back and Dean warned him. Dean says that they didn't know, and Sam points out that Jack was their family.
