Both R3 and R4 nuts are LFR models usually are stated as 43mm. Is it a choice of preferance or feel with the R3 and R4 or is one required over the other? Also what would the string spacing be on the LFR nuts, wide or narrow? Like 0 Dislike 0.

The factory string spacing is almost on par with the Floyd R2 nut. The factory radius is 12deg, same as the R3 nut.
I also have big fingers, so the R4 string spacing could be more comfortable to play, but I don't want the strings too close to the edge of the fretboard. I'm probably over thinking the whole thing.
