There was never supposed to be any revelation as to Ichigo's parentage in that except for himself, given we knew that Isshin was a Shinigami since his fight with Grand Fisher. More than likely it was either just a mistake that was missed, given it was corrected the following week to "You are a human and a Heck I'm not sure Ichigo should've been all that surprised given Mayuri told him way back in in Hueco Mundo.
